Darting.com understands that sometimes you may need to return products that have been purchased on our web site. The following is a guideline to help ease the process of returning items.
Returns
Darting.com understands that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out. We will accept the return of unused products up to 30 days after delivery to you and no questions asked. Call us before you send your product back to us to receive a return authorization number. Please inspect all product on arrival. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Custom and Made to Order Products
Custom custom and made to order products begin production immediately upon ordering and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
How Do I Do It?
If you need to return or exchange your purchase or gift, you must contact customer service and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Please make sure that you include your order number, RMA number and include a statement as to why you are requesting a return. The RMA number must also appear on the outside of the package On returns and exchanges, darting.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping to your credit card or payment account.
